I love any animal print. Tiger isn’t as common as leopard or zebra, but it is still just as beautiful!
Unfortunately, my camera and I didn’t agree with all of these photos.
My stripes didn’t come out perfect, but real tiger’s stripes aren’t perfect either.
I used Sinful Color’s Hazard along with a Stripe Rite striper in black.

It is close enough to spring, and I am happy about it- Finally some spring colors!
When I applied my fimo slices, I was putting the blue flowers on the top, but somehow the fimo on my pinky was flipped- Let’s just pretend you didn’t see that…
I used Lemon Fizz by China Glaze for my yellow tip.
They are basically a recreation of mine from my last post, but instead of adding green hexagons, I used a glow in the dark glitter top coat for even more party fun.
When I went to paint my nails I didn’t know what to do on them, but I knew I wanted to do something for St. Patrick’s Day. I put off painting my nails to go shopping for a bit, and to my surprise, I found a lot to nail polish on clearance at my local drug store. They had a green Sally Hansen HD polish in “Resolution” for $1.55! Crazy deal! I tried it out as soon as I got home.
It was kind of a hard polish to match with others for the occasion, but golden clovers seemed to work well. I still thought there was a lot to space left after adding the clovers, so I added some small green hexagons. At first I wasn’t happy with them; I thought it looked tacky, but after a while, I got used to it, and I now like it.
To make the clovers, I made three connecting “heart” shapes, and added a stem.
This polish is strange- It looks a little blue in direct sunlight, but in shade it looks green. Also, when I put one coat on, you could see my visible nail line, but after a second and third coat, it was perfect… Either way, I like it!
I used Sally Hansen-Resolution, Funky Fingers-Down to Earth, and my trusty small hexagons (in green).
I hope everyone has a good St. Patrick’s Day… even if you’re like me, and don’t actually, formally, celebrate it. I only celebrate it by painting my nails and throwing on a green shirt :)
I have meant to make this post since Sunday, and am just now getting it up. I’ve been busy with a few things, and then this post was pushed back further when I forgot to take pictures of the gold polish. Then once I finally took pictures, I realized I took pictures without the SD card in my camera, and didn’t want to take the time to figure out how to do it that way. So anyway, I am finally ready for this post…
I haven’t been able to take good quality pictures lately. So, here they are:
It may look like I was just lazy and painted the gold everywhere, but I was neat at first with the application until I decided to make it look like it was over flowing.
I applied a french base a first, then I used a cosmetic sponge to apply green polish, then I randomly swiped on some green glitter polish. To make the pot of gold, I made a small simple black pot, then I sponged on some gold nail polish, then to make the gold a little more sparkly, I sponged on some gold glitter. Done! Good luck with this design if you decide to recreate it! It’s pretty easy.
